This page explains what data Marina Breeze Family Villa ("the villa", "we") collects from guests using marinabreezevilla.com, and how it's used. We're a small family-run place to stay in Bar, Montenegro, not a large company — so we collect the minimum amount of data needed to confirm and arrange your stay.
When you fill in the booking form on the site, we receive whatever you enter into the fields: your name, phone number or e-mail, chosen apartment, check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, and an optional comment. This information is sent to us directly via WhatsApp — the site does not store it on a server and has no guest database of its own.
If you message us directly on WhatsApp, by phone, or through Booking.com/Airbnb, those channels are covered by the separate privacy terms of WhatsApp/Meta and of Booking.com or Airbnb respectively, not by this page.
Data from the booking form is used only to contact you, confirm availability, and arrange the details of your stay. We do not share your data with third parties, do not use it for marketing mailings, and do not sell it.
At the time of publishing this page, online card payment is not yet enabled on the site — the "Pay deposit by card" option shows that this feature is coming soon. Once online payment is enabled, it will be processed by a certified payment partner (not by us directly), and your card details will never be sent to us or stored on this site — this policy will be updated in advance of that feature going live.
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not set third-party trackers. The only thing saved in your browser is your chosen interface language (in localStorage — locally on your device, not on our server). See the Cookie Policy for details.
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted — message us on WhatsApp or call the number in the site footer. Since we don't keep a separate database, this usually just means your WhatsApp message history, which can be deleted on request.
